PROTIP: If you need help keeping it on your head, try one of two things: bobby pins on the sides if you don't mind them showing, OR if you do, try cutting small slits parallel to the brim of the hat inside it to slide the pins into. This should keep it secure all around :3

your instructions indicate to cut the curved line of the hat pattern on the bias, if the bias is the folded portion of the fabric, it is a straight line and you cannot cut the curve of the pattern on a straight fold, is this a typo or am I reading it wrong?
